I am certified as a Nutrition Therapist Master (NTM) through the Nutrition Therapy Institute. I graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2018 with a B.A. in psychology and while there was a member of the varsity rowing team achieving All-American recognition. I started my career as a Health Coach at a nonprofit clinic and discovered how much I loved working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their health goals. During that time, I saw firsthand how a holistic approach to nutrition could help individuals become healthy. My clients all have unique needs, so I customize different nutritional recommendations. I make it my priority to listen to my clients and provide the best evidence-based recommendations for their health needs and goals.
